The TVR Wedge was produced for only one year between 1988 and 1989. This limited edition 2 door sports car, also known as the TVR 450 SEAC, was build using many parts of the 420 SEAC. The wedge used the same chassis and the body was made of the same Kevlar and fibreglass. Only 17 of this infamous car were made, mainly because of the cost of the components, most notably the body. A Rover V8 powered the TVR Wedge, giving approximately 325 brake horse power. This offered a top speed of 175 miles per hour and an acceleration of 0-60 mph in 4.5 seconds.
