Mazda Axela Lightweight Breathable Car Covers
The Mazda "3" (as it is commonly known in Europe and other regions) or more commonly the Axela was first released to much acclaim in 2004 to serve as a direct replacement for the earlier Protege (AKA the 323 or Familia) series of cars. As a compact vehicle the Mazda Axela entered an already saturated market but managed to carve out an impressive niche for itself thanks to rave reviews from various quarters of the industry. Enthusiasts and everyday drivers alike have commented on how easy the Mazda Axela is to drive; apparently handling is effortless and the design is stylish and inspiring.
Despite the global financial crisis sales of the Mazda Axela have only increased with each passing year. Initially some comments were made about the fuel consumption of the Mazda Axela but it is important to bear in mind that the Axela is still competitive with various other vehicles introduced many years later. Over 300,000 Mazda Axelas are being constructed by the company each year in order to meet the massive demand that there has been for the vehicle. The unique MX stylings seperate the Mazda Axela from many other compact vehicles and the C1 platform on which it is based has gone on to be utilised by the likes of Ford and Volvo.
One of the main unique selling points of the Mazda Axela is the tremendous amount of features that come as standard, and the even more extensive list of options available for those choosing to purchase the vehicle. For something produced for the budget, more affordable end of the market Mazda have managed to include ABS and disc brakes, and a choice of 15" or 17" wheels, along with a large number of engines as standard. There is also a unique MPS version of the car powered by a 2.3 litre turbocharged engine, this has proved especially popular with enthusiasts. In 2008 the Axela was re-styled to bring it up to date and to improve its aerodynamics.
