Ford Fusion Waterproof Half Cover
 The Ford Fusion is something of a unique vehicle. At its most basic level it is a highly modified version of the popular Fiesta supermini but various changes have allowed it to transcend traditional classifications and create a new class of vehicles that Ford are calling the "UAV", short for "Urban Activity Vehicle". The UAV is actually a fusion (hence the name of the vehicle) of the small popular hatchback car with the larger MPV and SUV class of cars. There is also a US version of the Ford Fusion that is not sold in Europe, this is a much larger family car and the two vehicles are not in any way related other than being produced by the same company.
The unique design and shape of the Ford Fusion has attracted a large number of buyers; the fact that some very different concepts have been fused together into the one vehicle has resulted in a unique shape that has won many adoring fans. When the Fusion is parked next to the Fiesta it is easy to see how very different these two Ford vehicles are; the former is much larger in various dimensions whilst still retaining an air of compactness that many vehicles cannot match. Sadly many critics were not won over by the unique design of the Ford Fusion when it was first released, stating that it lacked a true niche and in trying to cross various classes of vehicle it does nothing spectacularly well.
Despite this the Ford Fusion has gone on to sell exceptionally well with the public confounding critics, the car now has a firm following and is set to go from strength to strength. It actually sold so well that Ford decided to update the design in 2005. The most obvious changes in this new version of the popular Ford Fusion include a brand new interior with higher quality fixtures and fittings and new instruments, a restyled exterior with new headlights and various new trim options, and also a number of new technologies such as automatic windscreen wipers and headlights, Bluetooth, mp3 player connections and a new stability program.
