We stock a large number of car covers for the various Vantages produced by Aston Martin over the years. The Vantage tag is utilised by Aston Martin on a large number of different cars, all of which we supply car covers for, usually to signify some kind of special edition or higher performance model that has not had enough changes made to it to warrant a completely new model number or name. It is used in a similar way to how Aston Martin used Volante to mark their convertible vehicles; the Vantage type of car has long been a staple of the companies line-up. Our car covers are exceptionally easy to fit and we supply a carrying case with each of our car covers when you order.
In the past there has only been one instance of Aston Martin producing just a Vantage (with no proper model number), back in 1972 when the company renamed the straight 6 powered DBS for a short time to seperate it from the V8 powered version, both of which we provide car covers for. In actual fact the V8 Vantage is probably the most famous Vantage in existence, it was described by people outside of Aston Martin as "Britain's first Supercar" as it could reach a very high top speed and handled exceptionally well making it competitive with far more expensive vehicles. It was also felt that so many individual changes had been made to the vehicle that ie needed its own name rather than simply continuing to be an "upgraded" version of an existing vehicle. Our car covers are suitable for all of these vehicles and if you do not see yours listed please contact us immediately.
Aston Martin have also produced a large number of artificial Vantage vehicles for the US market that are dressed up to look like Vantages but contain nothing different internally or under the bonnet. We can also supply car covers for this unique vehicles. Aston Martin also produced a more modern pair of Vantage vehicles, the V8 and the V12. They were immediately well received by the public and are often seen as slightly more affordable or sportier versions of vehicles such as the DB9, a vehicle we also supply car covers for. The Vantage name has become deeply ingrained into Aston Martin and is as much a part of the company now as the DB moniker that is used for vehicles and has been for many years.
